Annie Simpkins is an NCCAOM Board Certified Doctor Of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She received her Doctorate from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (now Pacific College of Health and Sciences) in San Diego California. Before becoming an Acupuncturist, Annie received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University Of Connecticut, where Annie was born and raised. She is also a Certified Yoga Instructor through Yoga Spirit Studios.
Annie is a general practitioner and enjoys working with all ages and all conditions. Along with Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, she utilizes her knowledge of yoga, herbal medicine, food as medicine and various massage techniques (Tui Na, cupping, gua sha etc) to create well balanced treatments and guide others into a more healthy and happy body and lifestyle.
Away from work, Annie is married and has 2 young daughters that she loves to spend time doing outdoor activities, crafts and learning activities with. She lives in the Eugene area and loves to frequent Saturday Market for the delicious produce in this area of the country. Annie also has her own herb and food garden that she maintains and can often be found in the kitchen making herbal remedies.
