Gina Pancottine, LMT

Gina received her license to practice bodywork in 2017 from Lane Community College. In a meditative approach, she blends techniques that include myofascial release, gentle deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and acupressure points. Gina studied Thai bodywork at the Naga Center with Nephyr Jacobsen and has integrated aspects of it into her work such as working with sen (nerve pathways), and the focus on the health of the joints through traction and improving range of motion.

Gina also offers Reiki. She was attuned with level 2 Reiki in 2013 by Dea Lisk. Reiki is a gentle and potent form of energy healing that facilitates shift and release within an individual’s energy field to serve their highest well being.

Clients can expect a deeply relaxing and effective massage with Gina that will help them breathe easier, feel lighter and relieve pain and stress. Accepted insurances include Providence, Pacific Source, BCBS Regence and MVA.

Gina has been a practicing herbalist since 2011. She has completed two different programs of herbal study here in Oregon, and is a lifelong learner. She offers high quality herbal remedies that have been grown and harvested from her garden, or ethically and locally wildcrafted.

She has also practiced yoga for over 15 years and it greatly informs her practice. She believes that with consistency, yoga is one of the best practices for the body, mind and soul.
