Brita is a National Board Certified Reflexologist specializing in foot, hand, and ear reflexology. This highly relaxing and effective modality engages the nervous system through specific touch and pressure techniques.
Reflexology fosters deep calm, alleviates tension, and enhances the flow of vital energy throughout the body, including the internal organs and glands. She trained under Jill Fox in Southern Oregon, Bill Flocco from the American Academy of Reflexology, Geraldine Villeneuve in Structural Reflexology®.
Practicing professionally since 2012, Brita is also a Reiki and Acutonics® practitioner that integrates these energy/frequency modalities seamlessly within Reflexology sessions.
With integrity, intention, and connection, each session is tailored to the individual client's needs and goals in a safe and tranquil environment. Brita believes in the body's innate ability to heal itself, and her sessions facilitate this healing process.
